Early Bird Discount (EBD)

To receive the Early Bird Discount (EBD), your registration must be postmarked on or before April 30, 2008. The parent's portion of the fee must be paid in full by this date to receive the discount.

Fee Discount Opportunity

Multi-child discount for families with two or more campers: The first child pays the full fee. Each additional child receives a $20 discount for all immediate family members. Each camper may come to the camp of their choice, during any week of their choice. There is no registration deadline for this discount. This discount is in addition to the Early Bird Discount (EBD).

Cancellation/Refund

Cancellations received within three weeks of the camp for which a camper is registered will not be granted a refund.

"No shows" and campuers who leave early as a result of disciplinary action, homesickness, vacation, sports activities, and other scheduling or behavioral conflicts will not receive a refund.

Financial Aid Opportunities

Several options for financial assistance are available:

1. Register before April 30 (postmark date if by mail) for the Early Bird Discount.
2. Check with your local church to see if it will provide assistance.
3. Check the fee discount opportunity on this page to see if it applies.
4. Apply for a 50% scholarship from the Camps and Conference Ministries by attaching a brief description of your circumstances, signed by your pastor. Limited funds are available.
